Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, accessories, or sale items may not be eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for details before purchasing.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email sales@happyhumpty.network within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
